Nepal - Booking & Cancellation Policy

► Booking and confirmation should be made by sending a scanned copy of your passport and making a advance payment of 25% of the tour price. However, you can make a full payment at the time of booking, if you want, for your convenience and saving bank charge.

► Once you have booked, we will send you the invoice and confirmation letter. 

► The full payment should be made by at least 30 days prior to the trip starting date. 

► Any local payments by credit card, there will be 3%-5% extra. 

► We take bookings as early as 2 years in advance. 

► The payment should be deposited to our company’s bank account. 

Cancellation charge:

► 30 or more days prior to the trip starting date - 10% of total invoice 

► 29 - 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 30% of total invoice 

► 14 - 7 days prior to the trip starting date - 50% of total invoice 

► Less than 7 days prior to the trip starting date - 100% of total invoice 

Bhutan - Booking & Cancellation Policy

► You can book and confirm your tour by sending a scanned copy of your passport and making a advance payment of 25% of the tour price. However, you can make a full payment at the time of booking, if you want, for your convenience and saving bank charge.

► The full payment should be done by at least 45 days prior to the trip starting date. 

► Any local payments by credit card, there will be 3% - 5% extra. 

► We take bookings as early as 2 years in advance. 

► The payment should be deposited to our company’s bank account. 

 Cancellation charge:

► 45 or more days prior to the trip starting date - 10% of total invoice 

► 44 - 30 days prior to the trip starting date - 20% of total invoice 

► 29 - 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 50% of total invoice 

► Less than 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 100% of total invoice
