Arrive in Kathamndu (1350m):
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Then, you will be briefed about your program. Venture out if time permits.

Day 2
Sightseeing in Kathmandu:
The rich tapestry of the cultural heritage of Nepal is synthesised in Kathmandu Valley, representing elegant architecture, refined culture, colourful bazaars, simple and hospitable people.
After a leisurely breakfast, visit Patan, the first city in Nepal. The ancient name of Patan is Lalitpur, meaning city of beauty. The city is believed to be the first settlement in the valley and is famous for its amazing collection of fantastically carved temples and palace courtyards. Patan is also famous for metal crafts. Then, visit Boudhanath, possibly the world’s largest Buddhist Stupa and a site of great veneration and Tibetan culture. Visit a Tibetan monastery and painting school.
Note: Today you will have the option of an 'Everest flight' to view Mt. Everest and other Himalayan ranges. The flight time is 1 hour and takes place in the early morning. Let us know if you are interested.

Day 3
Drive to Bandipur (1030m), 4 hours' drive:
A unique town situated on a hill – Bandipur is about 4 hours’ scenic drive from Kathmandu. Stop at Highway restaurant for drinks and use the bathroom. After check-in at the hotel and lunch, walk to surrounding hills and town.

Day 4
Drive to Pokhara (850m), 3 hours' drive:
A scenic 3 hours’drive passing through several small towns and farm lands will take you to Lake City Pokhara where eye opening views of Himalayas welcome you. Nestled beneath the Himalayas, the lush natural beauty of Pokhara contrasts with Fewa Lake and Mountain View. After check-in at the hotel, take a short boat ride on Fewa Lake. After lunch, visit International Mountain museums that showcase the information and history of mountain and mountaineers. Rest of the day in leisure. Stroll around the colourful lakeside.

Day 7
Sightseeing in Pokhara:
After breakfast, take a short drive to Pumdikot (1500m / 4920ft), a site of an ancient fort on a hilltop. Then take a pleasant short downhill hike to Peace Stupa. The hike is downhill and offers outstanding views of the Fewa Lake, Pokhara city and Himalayas in the background. Drive back to Pokhara for lunch. Then, visit Gurkha Memorial Museums that showcase the glory and history of brave Gurkha soldiers.

Day 9
Drive to Tansen (1350m), 4 hours' drive:
After breakfast, a scenic drive of about 4 hours will take you to Tansen. Situated at the lap of Srinagar Hill, Tansen is a beautiful summer resort of Nepal with spectacular views of mountains and valleys. The place is famous for its cultural heritage and traditions. After lunch, you will take a pleasant walk to Srinagar Hill and the colourful Tansen Bazaar.

Day 10
Drive to Lumbini (150m), 3 ½ hours' drive:
A scenic drive of about 3 ½ hours towards south will take you to the Lumbini where Buddha was born 2600 years before.
Surrounded by lush gardens, ponds, light forests, wetlands and rivers lies the Sacred Garden of Lumbini. Located in the southern Nepal bordering India, Lumbini is a World Heritage site. Visit the Ashoka Pillar and Mayadevi Temple (the exact place where the Buddha was born), monastic zones with temples belongs to different countries of the world, World Peace Pagoda in the sacred Lumbini garden.

Day 11
Drive to Chitwan National Park (150m), 4 hours' drive:
After breakfast you will leave for Chitwan National Park. It is about 4 hours of beautiful drive through scenic Trisuli gorge and flat fertile land of Tarai in southern Nepal.
You will stay two nights at Chitwan village at the border of Chitwan National Park. These three days / 2 nights Chitwan package provides different jungle activities such as jungle safari, boat ride, jungle walk, bird watching, tribal dance program, visiting tribal Tharu village etc. The activities will be in a small group.
The park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the last populations of one-horned Asiatic rhinoceros and home of the Bengal tiger.
Note: During monsoon and post monsoon (usually mid-June to beginning of October), jeep safaris are not permitted to conduct by park authority due to slippery and muddy roads. Alternate activities are provided during this period.
