Arrive in Kathamndu (1350m):
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Then, you will be briefed about your program. Venture out if time permits.

Day 2
Sightseeing in Kathmandu:
The rich tapestry of the cultural heritage of Nepal is synthesized in Kathmandu Valley, representing elegant architecture, refined culture, colorful bazaars, simple and hospitable people.
After a leisurely breakfast, visit Patan, the first city in Nepal. The ancient name of Patan is Lalitpur, meaning city of beauty. The city is believed to be the first settlement in the valley and is famous for its amazing collection of fantastically carved temples and palace courtyards. Patan is also famous for metal crafts. Then, visit Boudhanath, possibly the world’s largest Buddhist stupa and a site of great veneration and Tibetan culture. Visit a Tibetan monastery and painting school.

Note: Today you will have the option of an 'Everest flight' to view Mt. Everest and other Himalayan ranges. The flight time is 1 hour and takes place in the early morning. Let us know if you are interested.

Day 3
Fly to Pokhara (850m):
A short and scenic flight will take you to the beautiful town of Pokhara. The lush natural beauty of Pokhara contrasted with spectacular mountain views and a tranquil lake, has quietly won the hearts of travelers from around the world. After check-in at the hotel, take a boat ride on Fewa Lake. After lunch, visit International Mountain museums that showcase the information and history of mountain and mountaineers. Rest of the day in leisure. Stroll around the colorful lakeside.

Day 4
Sightseeing in Pokhara:
After breakfast, take a short drive to Pumdikot (1500m / 4920ft), a site of an ancient fort on a hilltop. Then take a short and pleasant hike to Peace Stupa. The hike is downhill and offers outstanding views of Fewa Lake, Pokhara city, and the Himalayas in the background. Drive back to Pokhara for lunch. Then, visit the famous Gurkha Memorial Museums and Bindhyabasini Temple. The visitors have to remove the shoes to enter the temple premises. Rest of the day in leisure. Stroll around the colorful lakeside.

Day 5
Drive to Chitwan National Park (150m):
After breakfast, you will leave for Chitwan National Park. It is about 4 ½ hours of scenic driving through Trisuli gorge and the flat and fertile land of Tarai in southern Nepal.
You will stay two nights in Chitwan, at the border of Chitwan National Park. You will spend these two days in Chitwan with different jungle activities such as jungle safari, boat ride, jungle walk or bird watching, tribal dance program, visiting tribal Tharu village etc. The activities will be in groups.
Chitwan National Park is the first national park of Nepal, established in 1973 to preserve a unique ecosystem and wildlife. The park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the Bengal tiger and one-horned Asiatic rhinoceros.
Note: During monsoon and post monsoon (mid-June to mid-October), Jeep safaris are not permitted to be conducted by park authorities due to slippery and muddy roads. Usually, the monsoon ends at the end of September, and Jeep Safari opens at the beginning of October, but it depends on the road condition. Alternate activities will be provided if the Jeep Safari is closed.
